This Christmas, Trudeau Plays Santa with Your Tax Dollars

Canadians Deserve Better Than a Lump of Coal This Holiday Season

This holiday season, while Canadian families struggle to make ends meet, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is playing Santa Claus—using your hard-earned tax dollars to fund his priorities. Unfortunately, the only gift many Canadians are receiving is a lump of coal.

Here’s what Trudeau’s “gift-giving” looks like this year:

🎁 Gifting Guns Abroad:

  • Over 324 new firearm models banned, targeting law-abiding gun owners.

  • These firearms are being donated to Ukraine while families here face rising crime and safety concerns.

💰 Billions Sent Overseas:

  • Canada has committed $19.5 billion to Ukraine since February 2022, including $4.5 billion in military aid.

  • Meanwhile, inflation and high taxes are forcing Canadians to cut back on groceries and holiday spending.

🏠 Funding Immigration Over Capacity:

  • Canada processed 140,000 asylum claims in 2023, a 128% increase from the previous year.

  • Housing, social services, and infrastructure are stretched thin, leaving Canadians with fewer resources.

🎄 And What Are Canadians Getting?

  • Record-high grocery prices.

  • Gas and home heating costs that continue to rise.

  • No tax relief, leaving families with little left for Christmas presents or celebrations.

Our Conservative Vision:

This holiday season, it’s time to rethink our priorities. Canadians deserve:

  • Lower taxes so families can afford more.

  • Policies that support our own communities first.

  • A government that works for YOU—not at your expense.

Let’s send a message: Canadians deserve better than Trudeau’s lump of coal.
