Your Support is Crucial!

I am reaching out to you as one of the potential candidates seeking nomination to represent the Thunder Bay - Rainy River district under the Conservative banner in the upcoming federal election.

Under Prime Minister Trudeau and the Liberal government, our nation is veering off course. The notion that a country can be taxed or borrowed into prosperity is fundamentally flawed. The Liberal approach, characterized by ever-increasing taxes, mounting deficits, and a ballooning federal debt, has led to scandals, corruption, mismanagement, out-of-touch policies, unethical conduct, and immoral leadership. These will be the unfortunate hallmarks of Trudeau's legacy.

However, together we can turn this situation around.

Our nation is one of the most resource-rich on the planet, and the Thunder Bay - Rainy River district is abundant not only in natural resources but also in the caliber of its people. We are fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of Canada, surrounded by brilliant, hardworking individuals who are dedicated to building a strong community for our children and grandchildren.

My vision is to unleash the potential of our region, driving investment and economic prosperity by cutting red tape, eliminating regressive regulations, and reducing unnecessary government overreach.

We must address the addiction issues that are adversely affecting a generation of young people in our communities. By focusing on prevention, treatment, detoxification, and ongoing support, we can help individuals return from the brink and become contributing members of society. This can be achieved with the right focus and dedication.

Furthermore, I am committed to supporting our law enforcement and first responders who are on the front lines of combating crime and substance abuse. There are numerous innovative programs we can explore together to address these challenges effectively.

Additionally, I will advocate for our military, firearm owners, farmers, small business owners, and the transportation sector, among others. We will delve into these topics in more detail in a future correspondence.

Nomination meetings for our district will be scheduled soon. To be eligible to vote for the candidate of your choice, you must:

• be a current party member and

• be present at one of the nomination meetings.

Your vote is crucial for me to move forward and represent our district in the upcoming election.

Please stay tuned for information about upcoming nomination meetings.

Together, we can make Thunder Bay - Rainy River a district that is well-represented in the House of Commons in Ottawa. Let's work together to put our region back on the path to prosperity and let this hidden gem in North West Ontario shine across Canada.

Moving forward together!

Sincerely, Craig Hussey
